Wilmington
Bald Head
A coastal house is coming to Wilmington and Bald Head. There is no address to give you yet, so we are not going to invent one.
Not Open Yet
No address, telephone or opening date has been set. Everything is made in Raleigh in the meantime.
When There Is Something To Say
This is where the address, hours and telephone number will go. They are not here because they do not exist yet, and a placeholder would only send someone to the wrong door.

What we can actually tell you
Only that it is coming. No address, no telephone, no date, no hours. This page will carry them when they exist.
Everything else you might read on a page like this would be something we made up, so it is not here.
Why the coast is a different problem
If it turns out to be useful to say something, it is this: coastal tailoring is a genuinely different brief from inland tailoring, and it is one we already deal with every summer in Raleigh. Humidity defeats cloth that photographs beautifully in a shop. Open weaves and high-twist wool survive it; tightly woven lightweight worsteds do not.
That is craft knowledge rather than a claim about a shop that has not opened. It applies to anything we make for you today, from Raleigh.
Until then
Everything runs out of the Raleigh workroom. Bridal is worth mentioning specifically, because coastal weddings tend to book a long way out — we alter bridal gowns and make groom and groomsmen suiting, though we no longer take bridesmaids' dresses.
Email the workroom to register interest in this location, and we will tell you before this page changes.
