Through the enquiry form: your first name, and optionally your last name, email address, telephone number, the subject you select, your message, and which of the boxes you ticked — to hear from us by email, to receive text notifications, and to receive marketing texts. When you tick a text-message box we also record the exact wording you agreed to and when.

Through the booking pages: whatever the appointment form asks for — usually your name, email address and telephone number — plus card details where an appointment takes a deposit. Those are handled by our scheduling provider and its payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

First name and email address are required, because without them we cannot reply. Everything else is optional.

To answer your enquiry, and to arrange an appointment if that is what you are asking for. If you ticked the opt-in box, also to send you occasional notes about new cloth and events — and not otherwise.

If you agree to it, Panache, Inc. DBA Glenwood South Bespoke Tailor texts the number you give us: appointment reminders and confirmations, order and delivery updates, service updates, and — only if you separately agreed to marketing texts — special offers, discounts and new product updates. Message frequency varies. You must be 18 or older to agree to receive text messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment, and it does not stop us reaching you by telephone or email about work already in progress.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Enquiries are delivered to us through a third-party form service, which processes the message on our behalf. Appointments and text messages are handled by our scheduling and messaging provider, which holds those details and processes any deposit. Our website host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as every web host does.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

No analytics. No advertising pixels. Nothing that follows you to another website, and nothing sold to an advertiser. Fonts and photographs are served from our own domain, so simply reading a page does not report your visit to a third party.

The booking calendars and the deposit form are embedded from our scheduling and messaging provider, so opening a page that shows one loads content from them, and they may set their own cookies inside it, under their privacy policy rather than ours.

This site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Anything you type into a form here is encrypted between your browser and us, and your browser is told never to connect to us unencrypted. Enquiries are passed to our form service over an encrypted connection too.

Card details for deposits are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure form. They never pass through this website, and we never see or store your card number.

Your details are available only to the people at the house who need them to look after you, and to the providers named above, who process them on our behalf. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we take these steps to protect yours, and we keep only what we need.

Enquiries are kept as long as we need them to serve you, and as long as our records require. If you asked to hear from us, we keep your details until you tell us to stop.

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To stop hearing from us, say so in a reply or email letstalk@glenwoodsouthtailor.com — there is no hoop to jump through.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
