Glenwood South Bespoke Tailor & Alterations, 745 W. Johnson Street, Raleigh NC 27603. You can reach a person on 919-951-4755 during opening hours, or by email at any time.

Booking an appointment reserves a named block of time with a tailor. Some appointments take a fee, which is stated on the booking page before you book and taken by our scheduling provider’s payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

Those fees are not refunded, because the appointment is a reservation on our calendar and that time is held for you whether or not you use it. They are not lost either. A consultation fee that does not lead to an appointment is applied to your account as credit; where the work goes ahead, it comes off what you owe for the tailoring.

The $75 bespoke consultation fee applies to a first bespoke commission. What each of the other appointments asks for is shown on its own booking page before you book.

If you need to move or cancel an appointment, tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can with the diary.

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing when you book, start a chat, or fill in a form, you agree to receive text messages from Glenwood South Bespoke Tailor. Those are appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to something you have asked us, and — only if you asked for them — occasional notes about new cloth and events.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also simply tell us — in the shop, on the telephone, or by email to letstalk@glenwoodsouthtailor.com — and we will take you off. Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment, and does not stop us reaching you by telephone or email about work already in progress.

Your mobile number, and the consent you gave for it, are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else for their own marketing.

The words and photographs on this site are ours, and the garments pictured were made or altered here. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking. Prices, availability and cloth are described as accurately as we can manage and may change.

We keep the site running and correct, but we do not promise it is never unavailable — booking runs through a third-party provider, and their outages are outside our hands. If the calendar will not load, telephone 919-951-4755 and we will put you in the diary directly.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Anything already booked is governed by the terms in force when you booked it.
