Which channel for what
- Order status or a question about a garment — email. Those are answered by email only, so nothing is lost while the workroom is with a client
- Anything else — a telephone call is the most reliable, with a 24 to 72 hour turnaround
- Texting is available and asks to be used thoughtfully. The window in which to expect a reply is Tuesday to Friday, 11:00 to 4:00
Outside business hours the team is offline and will not reply to texts, emails or calls. That includes Brian, deliberately: he sets that expectation himself, it does not scale, and it turns him into a bottleneck. Messages received outside those hours are addressed on the next business day.
Appointments are 90% preferred. Walk-ins are accepted when the shop is free and the work suits the house's expertise.
